The Motorola Krzr (Red) is just the phone I was looking for. This phone looks very sleek. The design of this phone is beautiful as well as the color of it. The call quality is great in my area (Verizon is the wireless provider). The Moto Krzr is easy to use. The multimedia features on this phones are great. I wish I could say the same about the battery life...wish it last a little longer than that...I girl can"t have everything!!! Overall, this phone is an eye candy. The Moto Krzr is loaded with nice features and well as a beautiful design and color.

The Krzr is a very well-designed, quality phone. The call quality is ok, the calls get choppy too often for my liking, but I am still not sure if this is the phone or the service. When it isn't choppy, it sounds great. It is pretty easy to use. I especially like being able to use the speakerphone while the phone is closed (it blows my mind that so many phones do not have this feature). The design is great, in my opinion the best on the market right now. Thin and sleek. No external antenna to get caught on anything. The battery life is average in my opinion. Not real long lasting, but goes for at least 2 days before I have to recharge it. I am not a terribly heavy user, though. At first I tried the lg vx8600, but after 2 days and discovering you can't use the speakerphone with it closed, I had enough. Not to mention the speakerphone is so quiet it is basically useless. The Krzr is much better.

My daughters both have a Motorola KRZR through Verizon. They are absolutely the worst phones we have ever owned. The body is fragile, the batteries run out within hours, the display has lit up on its own and now one of the phones makes calls by itself in the middle of the night. We have had these phones back to the local Verizon store a dozen times for reprogramming and replacement phones. They are less helpful every time we go in. We have been Verizon customers for almost a decade, but once this contract expires in July, we are done with Motorola and Verizon.

I have had my krzr for a little over a year now and now I have had to replace the battery for a second time, as well as replace the glass on the front of the phone. I love the phone itself, but the fact that I have had to replace the battery every six months, I have been very disappointed in the phone. I will also warn you that if you get this phone beware of how easily the front faceplate will shatter. I dropped mine from around 3 inches and it shattered the front.

I like the appearance of the phone but the functioning could be better. 1. The phone automatically programed my speed dials, making the process of setting them tedious and frustrating. 2. I cannot fully change the display screen to the color or theme I'd like to see. The red banner on the top and bottom is permanent. 3. There is no indicator light to let you know if you've missed a call when your phone is closed. It will only beep so if its on silent you won't know unless you open the phone.
Other than those few things the phone is tolerable until I can upgrade. I do wish it was able to be more customized.

This is probably the worst phone I've ever had. The delay from the time you press a button to the time when the screen changes is sometimes 7 or 8 seconds. That makes it not only frustrating, but extremely dangerous if you are driving.
The phone is also not loud enough when you are in a conversation.

Sometimes when I use my phone it drops calls even if I have a full service reading from Cingular the phone could also have a better battery life but it is alright for a little phone. The Cingular model has only a six hour battery life and sometimes I wish that it was longer like maybe eight or ten hours for those really long days at work when I need to talk for a little while longer but that's why I like the fact that you can buy a second battery, charge it and then keep it in your pocket for when the other one dies out.

The krzr is simply just okay. The look and design of it is great, but that's all that's great about it. It takes forever to send a text message and the buttons on the phone lag horribly. It kept telling me my inbox was full and to delete all picture messages when i didn't have any.

This phone is absolutely horrible! I had just bought this phone in early June of 2007. About a month later I had lost part of the speaker capability, it was freezing up horribly, the screen turned white often, and it sometimes refused to turn off. A received a replacement phone. About two days later this phone acted up again: freezing, not turning off, white screen, and kept saying I had a new picture message when I didn't. I yet again took it in, and received another replacement. In about a month the phone acted up with the exact same problem. I took it into the Verizon store and they updated the software because supposedly the software was old and updating it would fix the problem. Two days later the phone turned off except the keypad lights and would not turn back on no matter how hard I tried. When we took it in they said that my battery was swelling because of a supposed physical damage and overcharging. I bought a new battery and received my fourth replacement. I have had this phone for two or so weeks, the speaker has already blown, and it has frozen up occasionally and is acting up again. I am not looking to receive a fifth piece of crap replacement. I have many other friends with the same exact problems. This phone is nice when it works but that is hardly ever. I would never recommend this phone to anyone. This phone is absolutely horrible!!

The size and design of this phone is what got me to buy it. I though, "Motorola is a pretty well known name, they can't possibly make a piece of crap phone". Boy was I ever so wrong. I use alot of the different functions, so response is very important, to me, in a phone. This phone is SO slow, that I may as well have purchased one of the first Chocolates that had you in a different menu just by talking on the phone. The ear speaker always sounds crackly. When moving around through different applications, the phone either takes more than several seconds or freezes completely. I use my phone as an alarm clock. This alarm clock is about as reliable as throwing a feather at a tin can. If I haven't heard an alarm for a couple of days, turn the phone off, then turn it back on, the alarm will go off for as many days as it didn't before restarting it. The design may be cool and fit better, but I would rather be using my LG V, as bulky as it is. Lately the battery has been draining even faster than before. A full charge used to last a whole day if lucky. Now, after only a couple hours of using it, it starts beeping that it is going to die. My cousin purchased the same phone before asking me about it. I just found out that he did and he loathes the phone every bit as much as I do. I've run into other that have it and they feel the same. Never, ever, ever will I purchase another Motorola.
